### What does Confidential Send do?

### Can I batch multiple PDFs?

Yes — up to 20 unlocked PDFs. Successful outputs download as a zip, and each file can include a privacy receipt JSON.

### Does Confidential Send upload my files?

No. Every step runs in your browser. You can download a privacy receipt with SHA-256 hashes to document that processing stayed local.

### Is PII redaction a guarantee?

No. Detection is pattern-based (emails, phones, cards, and similar). Always review the output — and use manual Redact for anything the scanner misses.
