PDF too large for Gmail

Short answer
Open Compress PDF for Gmail on mypdf.space, use Keep text or Target size, download, then attach in Gmail. Nothing is uploaded to us.
Gmail blocks oversized attachments. Compressing on an upload site adds a privacy cost you do not need for a size problem.
Step by step
- 1
Open Compress PDF for Gmail.
- 2
Drop the PDF and choose Keep text or a target size.
- 3
Download and attach in Gmail.
- 4
If still rejected, split the PDF or use a size page like 5 MB / 2 MB.

Size is only one failure mode. Use Safe to email PDF if the content is sensitive.
