How to rotate and reorder PDF pages

Phone scans and mixed exports often land sideways or out of order. Rotate fixes orientation; Reorder lets you drag thumbnails into the sequence you need.
Both tools run in the browser. Rotation updates the page dictionary — it does not re-rasterize content, so quality stays the same.
Step by step
- 1If pages are sideways, open Rotate pages, set 90° turns per page or for all, apply, and download.
- 2Open Reorder pages (or continue with the rotated file).
- 3Drag thumbnails into the correct order; remove pages you do not need if the tool allows.
- 4Save and download. Spot-check the first and last pages.
Quality note
Rotation does not redraw the page as an image, so text sharpness does not change. If a page still looks soft, that came from the scan — not from rotation.
Limits
- Very large documents may feel slow on phones.
- Unlock protected files before editing.
- Reorder changes structure only — it does not OCR or fix blurry scans.
