How to merge invoices into one PDF
Published 26 Sept 2026 · Sumit · Business
Clients and accountants often prefer a single attachment. Merge invoices in date or invoice-number order, then compress if email limits apply.
Do not upload financial PDFs to random converters when a local merge works.
Step by step
- 1Gather unlocked invoice PDFs.
- 2Open Merge PDF, add files, drag into the order you want.
- 3Merge and download.
- 4Optional: compress for email; encrypt if the thread is not private.
Bookkeeping tip
Keep individual invoice originals in your records. The merged file is for delivery — not your only archive.
Limits
- Password-protected invoices must be unlocked first.
- Browser memory limits very large batches.
- Merging does not alter invoice amounts or line items.
